Alle Fister is the Principal of Bollare Communications, a bi-coastal beauty, fashion and lifestyle public relations and communications firm. After graduating from Pepperdine University with a dual-degree in Communications and Marketing, Fister began her career as the in-house publicist at Shopbop.com, a savvy women’s online retailer. Fister edited the site’s vast selection for fashion magazine editors and quickly gained a reputation for being on point with recognizing key trends.The site’s popularity grew exponentially and in 2006, Amazon.com purchased Shopbop.com.
In the sale, Fister went on to found Bollare; taking her former employer as the first client. Over the past six years, Bollare has grown to a bi-coastal presence and worked with some of the best names in the fashion, beauty and lifestyle categories including bebe, CoSTUME NATIONAL fragrances, ghd, Gilt GROUPE, Physique 57 and Quiksilver.
Jaclyn has worked in the digital marketing space for the past 10 years. She began her career at ATTENTION USA where she led their beauty and fashion vertical creating some of the first online word of mouth marketing campaigns for clients like Bluefly and Estee Lauder. She went on to build out iCrossing's social media service lines, productizing, establishing success metrics and helping with business development all while creating comprehensive strategies for the likes of Mazda and CVS. After successfully establishing iC's service line she went on to consult for a number of IAC's businesses including PRONTO and Citysearch.
She started (NO SUBJECT) in 2010 and since has established it as one of the go-to marketing and events agencies in Los Angeles. (NO SUBJECT) works with top tier lifestyle, fashion and start up clients such as Levi's, Nasty Gal, SideCar, The Hollywood Reporter, NPR The Spare Room, Levo League, Omaze, G-star Raw, Farmer's Insurance, Marimekko, and PROJECT trade show among others. Jaclyn is also a top blogger and influencer in the fashion and lifestyle space. Her blog, Some Notes On Napkins was established in 2006. The blog receives around 50,000 uvpm and has been featured on Refinery 29, Elle, Glamour and more.
Jen Cullen Williams is the Managing Director of Los Angeles and Orange County based luxury and jewelry brand communications agency, Luxury Brand Group, Inc. founded by Frank Proctor, formerly of Platinum Guild International.
Discovering her niche in the accessories markets, Jen was hired as the marketing coordinator at Luxury Brand Group in early 2007. Working alongside Luxury Brand Group’s CEO & President, Jen has spent the past seven years leading the expanding team, in addition to managing projects in the areas of public relations, product placement, brand development, marketing, social media, digital marketing, special events, trade show management, media planning and buying for the agency’s various clients. Jen was instrumental in opening Luxury Brand Group’s Los Angeles- based product placement showroom in January 2014.
Samantha is a former magazine editor and fashion/beauty marketer who understands publicity from multiple points of view. As a former magazine editor, she is a highly trained and creative writer who’s been on the receiving end of thousands of pitches and knows what best catches an editor’s eye and makes them want to do a story. As a marketing copywriter and publicist, she knows how to craft effective, creative pitches that work – and has launched everything from Banana Republic fashion collections to Proctor & Gamble skincare/cosmetic products into the collective consciousness of both the media and the target consumer. Her bi-coastal staff of experienced publicists and assistants are highly trained and dedicated.
Kelly is the PR & Media Director at Post+Beam, a leading innovation and communication firm with offices in New York, Los Angeles and Calgary. As Director, Kelly oversees consumer fashion, beauty and lifestyle in the L.A. office, as well as media programs company-wide. An accomplished and passionate public relations professional & strategist, Kelly is seasoned in creating targeted approaches for consumer brands in the fashion, beauty and lifestyle market.
Specializing in cross-channel marketing and drawing from expertise in PR, content strategy and digital, her work builds meaningful and ROI-focused brand experiences. Prior to joining Post+Beam, Kelly worked for Kip Morrison & Associates, an L.A.-based boutique public relations agency. Her work has garnered client placements in top national publications and television programs such as Vogue, Vanity Fair, New York Times, E! News and The Today Show.
